Andrew brings more than 20 years’ experience, delivering professional results to organisations, supporting performance improvements and talent development. Providing Coaching, Assessment and Development, Leadership Development and Career Management, Andrew draws on his background in Organisational Psychology to ensure actionable solutions.

Operating out of Dubai since 2008, his experience includes providing internal and award winning eternal programmes to Etisalat.

In the GCC region, Andrew has consulted to world class organisations, Including Abu Dhabi National Oil Corporation, SABIC, Aramco, Sadara, Kuwait Oil Company; and in Banking and Finance, First Abu Dhabi Bank, Mashreq, SABB and Banque Saudi Fransi, amongst many others. He has also delivered advice to the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

Additionally, Andrew is engaged by leading global talent consultancies including Korn Ferry, Heidrick and Struggles and Odgers Berndtson, as an independent Consultant.

Previously London based and serving UK wide, a range of blue chip organisations, including working with C Suite Leaders in the City of London. Client organisations included Prudential, where an 18 month change programme, as a core team member, led to an industry award. Additionally, diverse clients included Lloyds Bank, BP, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Calyon, ABN Amro, PNB Paribas, HSBC, Commerzbank, Tui Travel, T-Mobile, British Arts Council, Henkel, Capita, Fidelity and others. Previously, in New Zealand, Andrew headed up a Talent Management consultancy, driving the business to expansion through winning and delivering on key Public Sector contracts in a period of general industry contraction.

Andrew leverages his commercial experience and technical skills to deliver leading edge solutions to clients. Psychometric and assessment and development technologies move forward with great pace along with advances in Machine Learning and AI. The focus is on applying these, to provide clients with competitive advantage.
